Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services.
Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code.
Automation‑focused mindset; AWS certification is a plus.
