We are seeking an experienced
Network Manager
to lead and manage the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Cisco technologies (routing, switching, wireless), Palo Alto Firewalls, and F5 Load Balancers. The Network Manager will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of all network systems while leading a team of network engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Design, plan, and implement enterprise-level network solutions using Cisco routing, switching, wireless technologies. Architect and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructures. Lead network modernization, upgrades, and optimization initiatives. Oversee daily network operations, ensuring uptime, scalability, and security. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide escalation support. Manage and configure
Palo Alto Firewalls , security policies, threat prevention, and monitoring. Ensure compliance with network security standards and best practices. Deploy, configure, and optimize
F5 Load Balancers
(LTM/GTM) to support application performance and reliability. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers. Coordinate with IT, cloud, and security teams to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions. Manage vendor relationships and service providers. Maintain detailed network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration documentation. Implement network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning processes. Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching (LAN/WAN), F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM), and deep understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS. Experience in large‑scale enterprise network management. 8–12+ years of experience in network engineering/administration. 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role. Experience managing global networks is a plus. CCIE Certification (mandatory). Preferred: CCIE R&S, Enterprise Infrastructure, or Security. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage high‑priority escalations. Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Automation experience (Python, Ansible) is a plus. ITIL or equivalent process framework experience. Benefits
