Responsibilities

Develop and implement analytic applications to transform raw data into actionable intelligence using programming languages and visualization software.

Apply health care database management knowledge to analyze clinical data and identify trends.

Architect and oversee the development of sophisticated models, advanced techniques, and comprehensive analytics applications.

Lead and mentor a team of analysts to provide strategic analytic leadership, supporting Government Program reporting, advanced analytics, strategic planning, and process improvements.

Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and stakeholders to develop innovative, high-impact analytic solutions addressing complex business challenges.

Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance decision-making and optimize performance.

Serve as the primary technical and data analysis authority for Government Operations leadership and operational staff.

Facilitate flexible work environment enabling telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Two (2) years of experience in data‑related occupations, specifically in Medicaid and Medicare claims, including financial, regulatory, and encounter data.

Experience interpreting and analyzing data across TriZetto Facets modules.

Designing and planning data analytic environments, performing comprehensive analytics, and delivering robust data integration solutions.

Reporting methodologies using tools such as Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Talend, Tableau, and Power BI.

Proficiency in advanced SQL techniques: stored procedures, user‑defined functions, cursors, joins, subqueries, and related constructs.

Architecting and optimizing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.

Experience with Talend, Crystal Reports, SAS, SSIS, SSRS, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and Tableau.

Designing dashboards and reports to communicate complex data trends.

Compensation $112,300 - $218,295 per year
