Overview Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high‑performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.
Responsibilities
Test software prototypes that support cardiac electrophysiology workflows through hands‑on and emulated testing
Collaborate with team members to design and document test workflows
Create and run testing scripts to analyze software performance
Document findings and user feedback into technical reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
0‑2 years of experience in a related job or field
Experience with Python, C++, or equivalent
Experience with Excel, Minitab, or Matlab for processing/displaying data
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and interact with customers
Be innovative, resourceful, and able to work with minimal direction
Excellent organization, problem‑solving, communication, and team leadership skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and make data‑driven decisions
Work effectively with cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with testing software/hardware systems
Medical device company experience
Some knowledge of cardiac anatomy/physiology
Experience with Linux‑based environments
Salary The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
