Position: Broker Manager – Atlanta, Georgia

We are seeking an energetic Broker Manager for our Atlanta office. In this full‑time role, you will grow and maintain broker relationships at a regional and national level, drive sales growth, and support client retention.

Responsibilities

Prospect, obtain, and develop broker relationships regionally and nationally to maintain profitable sales growth. Research, identify, and recommend new business leads. Continuously build new agent relationships. Cold‑call to secure new business opportunities and generate client referrals from brokers, agents, accounting firms, CPAs, etc. Develop and present proposals and client‑specific solutions. Educate brokers on the FrankCrum product line, providing updates and ongoing retraining. Train brokers on how to market and sell the FrankCrum product line. Maintain professional licensing and technical knowledge via personal networks, professional societies, and online webinars. Develop and manage the External Sales Department’s budgets. Send at least two Constant Contact campaigns per month while adding new contacts monthly. Meet monthly goals related to RFP submissions, maintain lead trackers, and attend business meetings, trade shows, networking events, seminars, and conferences as directed.

Qualifications & Skills

Keys to success include exceptional customer service, strong written and listening skills, and sales experience. Knowledge of PEO structure, cold‑calling, prospecting, negotiation, and risk management is preferred. The ability to work remotely and manage the Georgia territory independently is required.
