Primary Responsibilities
Develop a strong commitment to the local community, families served, and staff.
Assist in all responsibilities for managing and overseeing all aspects of a private preschool including health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, staffing, training and retention, campus management, and delivery of high-quality education and care.
Maintain strong relationships with our families, faculty, and vendors.
Manage budgets/forecasts, licensing, and marketing initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable culture while working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver.
Qualifications
Must meet requirements of local childcare regulatory agency and Primrose School’s.
A degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field, and/or at least three years' work experience in a licensed childcare facility, kindergarten or early childhood program preferred.
Experience in management, business, and/or public relations preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

Shift Schedule Availability is required between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After-hours and weekend hours may be required of school director to participate in school events.
