Overview Publicis Sport, the sports marketing division within Publicis Media, seeks a highly motivated Vice President, Sports Investment to lead the day‑to‑day execution of client Sports initiatives. The role will activating the Sports strategic plan and overseeing all aspects of implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and implementation of client Sports initiatives across Video, Digital, and Integrated programs.

Play a leading role in campaign management, including vendor liaison and reporting.

Train and support Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics, and research.

Assist in presenting data, insights, and media to clients.

Maintain intimate knowledge of the Sports landscape and touchpoints across channels (magazine, digital, mobile, social, video).

Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value.

Draw actionable insights from syndicated data, Nielsen, Comscore, Strategy, TNS, adrelevance, and Quantcast.

Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for the client media plan.

Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to clients.

Negotiate rates, placements, and added value with sports partners, including multi‑year deals.

Collaborate with internal strategy, investment, and creative teams to align buys with broader marketing objectives.

Track budgets, flighting, and campaign performance, ensuring all placements run accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

10+ years of digital media buying/planning experience.

Experience planning tactical campaigns and confidently presenting to clients both on the phone and in person.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and follow‑through.

Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.

Intimate knowledge of the Sports landscape, inclusive of both leagues and networks.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (formulas, V‑lookup, pivot tables, conditional formatting).

Understanding of the technology marketplace including key publishers, products, and trends.

Experience with Prisma and DCM (preferred).

Experience with research tools such as Nielsen and Comscore (preferred).

Compensation Compensation Range: $146,490 – $230,460 annually. The application deadline for this posting is 12/10/2025.
