Position Summary
Providing professional Physical Therapy services including evaluations, planning individual patient care programs, and treatments. Demonstrating current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy and participating in departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.

Demonstrates and uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy.
Participates in job‑related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in a physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab, or completion of a six to nine month internship in an acute care or acute rehab.
Doctorate, Masters or Baccalaureate Degree from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Physical Therapy Association or its equivalent.
CT, CPR, BLS; LIC PT required.
Current BLS certification required.
Current and valid physical therapy license, according to the laws of the State of California, required.
CCS paneling for pediatric care (only if treating pediatric patients) required.
Preferred Qualifications
CCS preferred.
Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended.
Pay Range $59.93 - $69.50 per hour
Location Dominican Hospital, a member of Dignity Health, located in Santa Cruz County, California. The 222‑bed facility offers a wide range of services, including emergency, cardiac, orthopedics, oncology, and women’s and children’s services.
