Project Management Consultant – Level 3
Location: Indiantown, FL 34956 – Per diem available.
Contract: 7‑month W‑2 assignment.
Overview We are searching for a Project Management Consultant – Level 3 on behalf of our client.
This is a 7‑month contract assignment.
If you have mechanical, electrical or instrument‑and‑control experience with the required skill set, this is the right opportunity for you.
Coordinators
Mechanical coordinator – prior steam / combustion turbine, HRSG, boiler or valve maintenance oversight experience; familiar with BOP equipment; P91 welding experience is a plus.
Electrical coordinator – prior generator, exciter, auxiliary equipment maintenance experience; prior electrical supervisory role; grounding, medium/low voltage, transformer hands‑on experience; P&ID familiarity.
Instrument & Control (I&C) coordinator – instrumentation control systems calibration, testing and tuning experience; prior field work on DCS (e.g., GE Mark 5/6, Ovation); commissioning, startup of DCS; familiar with P&ID, electrical and mechanical drawings.
Responsibilities
Supervise power plant overhaul/outage planning and execution work; lead crew and act as the Owner Representative.
Coordinate with vendors to execute the company’s contracted work plan with required specifications, ensuring the work is performed safely, with quality and on schedule.
Qualify LOTO (In‑Plant Clearance) requirements after training; be able to travel to the work site and work on the overhaul/outage schedule.
Qualifications
Must have at least 7 years of generator maintenance experience in the power‑generation industry.
Must be able to work with industrial personal‑protection equipment, physically fit to climb turbine decks and enter boilers, and wear a respirator mask.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Base salary range: $79.00/hr – $84.00/hr
