Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic business initiatives for our SAP consulting practice, with an emphasis on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). This includes:

Developing proposals and estimating project scopes for EAM‑focused SAP services.

Assuming the role of Enterprise Asset Management solution architect, integrating EAM solutions into SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Leading pre‑sales activities specifically targeting EAM opportunities and fostering relationships with SAP industry professionals in this specialized domain.

Guide and mentor highly skilled client and KPMG teams through all phases of EAM‑centric project lifecycles, ensuring excellence and alignment with client objectives.

Contribute to the EAM thought leadership by developing and publishing insights and best practices within the field of Enterprise Asset Management.

Support practice administration with a focus on EAM by assisting partners in resource management, career development of staff specializing in EAM, and making key people management decisions within the context of EAM projects.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of ten years of recent experience delivering SAP advisory services with a specific focus on EAM for clients in the energy and utilities sectors; consulting experience is strongly preferred.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; an MBA is preferred, particularly if it complements EAM expertise.

Proven track record of nurturing relationships with senior clients in professional services, with hands‑on experience in SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops that involve cross‑functional stakeholders relevant to EAM.

Preferred experience includes leading EAM‑focused pre‑sales activities, working within a Big Four accounting environment, and implementing SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions either greenfield and/or migrations to S/4HANA that take advantage of the new features and functions.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a capacity to convey complex EAM concepts clearly and effectively.

In‑depth expertise in SAP business processes linked to Enterprise Asset Management and their integration with broader ERP functions.

Willingness to travel as needed, dependent on project demands and locations, specifically for EAM‑related engagements.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
