Summary The Partnership Services Group provides a third‑party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies, covering a full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, fees, allocations, and statements. The department is responsible for client and investor document management, processing, research, integration of new business, quality checking of transactions, and maintaining the register of investors in response to investor instructions while working within all client service standards.

Working Model Hybrid – a balanced flexible model that allows the successful candidate to work between office and home.

Major Duties

Seasoned multi‑disciplinary expert with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.

Focus of the role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities.

Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.

Displays a balanced, cross‑functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

Knowledge

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

In‑depth functional/industry knowledge.

Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g., Peoplesoft).

Leadership and organizational skills required to determine the Business Unit’s goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop staff skills.

Experience

A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Related industry qualification is preferred.

Salary Range $137,400 – 240,400 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
