Position Summary OneTogether Solutions (OTS) is a majority Native‑owned and operated healthcare management organization founded in 2018 by three leaders with Native heritage and decades of experience in healthcare and Tribal business operations. Established to address the long‑standing gap in healthcare access for Native American communities, OTS was built on the promise of the Tribal 638 program—a mechanism designed to fulfill the federal government’s commitment to provide comprehensive healthcare to tribes after generations of unmet promises.
Today, OTS partners with tribal nations to develop and manage Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) that go far beyond traditional addiction care. These clinics offer whole‑person services including mental health, primary and urgent care, dental, and patient navigation. With three operational clinics and two more in development, OTS serves over 1,100 patients and is growing rapidly, doubling in size over the past two years and generating significant revenue that is reinvested directly into tribal health and wellness initiatives, such as housing and elder care.
The CEO will lead this next chapter of growth, guide a high‑functioning Leadership Team and oversee a hybrid workforce of 30+ OTS employees who manage clinical and administrative staff across multiple states.
