Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

RTO:

5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

2 years required.

BLS

Yes - locals only. Must live within 75 miles of the facility.

Special Requirements:

Seasonally requires flexible hours (June 7a-4p; 10/1/25-12/1/25 6a-4p), may require travel off site to CCH satellite clinics
