Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney
An established national law firm with a highly collaborative in Minneapolis is currently seeking a full‑time M&A Attorney to join their corporate team.
Salary will be market‑competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance‑based bonuses and excellent benefits.
Salary: $165,000–$225,000 per year. Location: St. Paul, MN.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
Strong academic background
J.D. from an ABA‑Accredited Law School
Licensed to practice in MN or ability to be admitted within six months of employment
Willingness to mentor associates within the firm
Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20+. Lateral partners are welcome to apply (portable business NOT required). Portable client bases can be well supported within the firm.
