What You’ll Do As
Store Manager , you're in the driver’s seat—leading your team, running daily operations, and creating a guest experience that reflects our brand at its best. You’ll coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable while delivering results and growing the business.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and maintain brand standards
Lead, coach, and develop your team
Drive performance by meeting KPIs, managing costs, and hitting metrics
Ensure smooth execution of all guest services, from drive-in to drive-out
Utilize the POS system to process transactions, make service recommendations, and support decision-making
Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, clean, efficient shop
Handle scheduling, team evaluations, and performance coaching
Collaborate with Leadership on store goals, audits, and initiatives

Requirements What You Bring
Valid driver’s license
1–3 years of leadership experience
Strong communication and team-building skills
Drive to lead by example and inspire excellence
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate shop equipment
English fluency (read, write, speak) Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
