Job Description RH at its core is about taste, and we believe the idea of scaling taste is large and far reaching. The RH brand attracts the best designers, artisans, manufacturers and talent in our industry, scaling and rendering their work more valuable across our integrated platform, enabling us to curate the most compelling collection of luxury home furnishings in the world. We are moving the brand beyond curating and selling products to conceptualizing and selling spaces by building an ecosystem of products, places, services and spaces that elevates and establishes the RH brand as a global thought leader, taste and place maker.

At RH we believe deeply that the "right" people are our greatest asset. We value people with high energy, who possess the ability to energize others. People who are smart, creative and have a point of view. People who see the answer in every problem, versus those who see the problem in every answer. People who are driven, determined and won't take "no" for an answer. We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.

RH is seeking a Senior Leader of Digital Marketing Copy to join our Brand Copy Team. In this role, you will lead a team of editors and collaborate with cross‑functional partners, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for content and copy, superior written and verbal communication, a proactive leadership mentality and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the digital copy team in upholding the RH brand voice across all digital marketing channels, in alignment with the strategic direction set by the VP of Brand Copy.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging across all RH digital touchpoints, including websites, marketing emails, e‑commerce communications, digital advertising, and additional assets as needed.

Write and/or edit marketing copy for homepages, landing pages, banners and emails for all RH concepts, galleries and hospitality spaces.

Develop compelling email subject lines, tracking and incorporating leadership feedback.

Partner with design, email marketing, merchandising and product development teams to elevate and drive digital strategy and initiatives.

Serve as a strategic voice for the copy team, offering meaningful contributions in cross‑functional meetings, including those with executive stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to edit, proofread and occasionally rewrite transactional emails, FAQs, terms and conditions and other e‑commerce copy.

Manage copy assets and workflow, partnering with project managers and the email marketing team to ensure streamlined workflows and deadlines.

Oversee the tracking, implementation and communication of content and style guide updates to ensure consistency across digital channels.

Perform thorough QA checks prior to launches and conduct ongoing audits of existing content to ensure accuracy and brand voice alignment.

Our Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5-7 years of experience in a copy editing and/or copywriting capacity, preferably with experience working for a luxury or home furnishings brand.

Excellent copy editing, copywriting and proofreading skills with strong ability to craft compelling marketing messages and effective, on‑brand email subject lines.

Excellent organization and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a calm, focused demeanor.

Extremely detail oriented, relentlessly meticulous and a stickler for accuracy and consistency.

Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment, along with a desire to continuously learn and drive the business.

Curious, kind and positive with a team‑oriented attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with teammates and partners.

Availability to work evenings or weekends during deadline periods.

This role is based on‑site, Monday through Friday, at our office in Corte Madera, CA.
