We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Power BI to join our analytics team. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-savvy, with a passion for analytics, visualization, and problem-solving.
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Salary is 90k to 100k
Responsibilities
Develop predictive and statistical models using Python to support business initiatives.
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources.
Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for executive and operational stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Build automated data pipelines and workflows to improve data availability and reporting efficiency.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Communicate analytical findings in a clear and compelling manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy across all deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
3–7 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn).
Advanced SQL skills, including experience working with large datasets.
Proven experience developing dashboards and data models in Power BI.
Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and reporting automation.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Knowledge of machine learning techniques and model evaluation.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern data stack tools.
