OPM Techno-Functional Lead
Location: Albany, NY – Onsite
Role Summary Candidate with 15+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules (Order to Cash, Demand to Build, Inventory Management & Procure to Pay) and strong preference for experience in regulated industry and Process Manufacturing (Oracle OPM). Must be able to engage with customer business stakeholders, understand functional and technical issues, and lead discussions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide onsite & offshore teams
Manage customer expectations and maintain continual service improvement
Handle different customer stakeholders and coordinate across geographies
Present weekly status reports to customers
Ensure all-day onsite presence at the customer office
Essential Experience & Skills
Experience with complex integration technical landscape, working with multiple vendors and geographies
Work in a 24x7 support model with offshore teams
Manage critical system issues under time pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong experience in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing; Oracle Process Manufacturing highly desired
Exposure to third‑party logistics (3PL) interfaces
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tool
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
