Portfolio Manager - San Diego, Irvine or Sacramento California Zions Bancorporation is seeking a

Commercial Portfolio Manager

to join our California Bank & Trust team. As part of a premier California-focused financial services company, you will work in a relationship-centered culture where clients and associates thrive.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of existing loan relationships.

Build and expand relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Analyze financial statements, assess industry risks, monitor collateral, structure and price loans, conduct credit analysis, underwriting, and loan presentations.

Report on loans including past due, documentation and collateral exceptions and portfolio profitability.

Stay informed of financial and market trends and analyze their impact on the portfolio.

Assist bankers with new and existing loan requests and special projects.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field and 8+ years of banking, relationship management, lending, underwriting and credit experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced knowledge of loan types, credit analysis, financial statement spread and analysis, risk analysis, credit scoring, loan documentation.

Advanced knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations.

Excellent underwriting, financial modeling, valuations and adherence to policy.

Strong customer service, relationship, organizational, analytical and creative problem solving skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.

Compensation Eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $104,000 – $147,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
