Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high‑quality teams. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high‑performing culture. Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills. Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer‑focused retail environment is required. How You're Supported
