Acute Care Surgeon Opportunity
The Division of Acute Care Surgery (ACS) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Surgeon to join our collaborative and supportive team of 20 surgeons and a robust group of APPs. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collegial team committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care in a dynamic and high‑volume environment. Our hospital partner, Nebraska Medicine, is an American College of Surgeons‑designated Level I Trauma Center and a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, managing:
3,100+ trauma‑related admissions annually
2,100+ emergency general surgery cases per year
