Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Full‑Time
Location: Florence, WI
Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC offers a full‑time leadership opportunity for a licensed therapist to head the rehabilitation department at Florence Health Services, a collaborative, patient‑centered skilled nursing facility.
Position Highlights
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Ensure excellence in clinical services and patient outcomes
Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
Qualifications
Licensed therapist (OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP)
Experience in a nursing or skilled‑care setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
