Job Description
6–8 years SAP configuration experience in Global Trade Services (GTS) & E4H, including 2–3 full life‑cycle implementations
Experience designing enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving GTS Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control) and Customs Management, and integrating with SAP ERP
Solid knowledge of GTS customs declaration documents and associated forms such as commercial invoices
Experience with US Automated Export System (AES) filing via GTS and filing through Broker Interface
Configuration and enhancement experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) Billing, Pricing, and billing copy control in SAP ECC
Comprehensive knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing, and warehouse management
Experience managing production changes and associated methodologies, including writing and executing test plans
Analytical team player capable of learning quickly, prioritizing, and multi‑tasking
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Strong organizational skills with eagerness to drive deliverables to closure
Self‑starter and proactive, managing deliverables independently, and understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance
Key Skills
Data analytics collaboration with Hadoop and Tableau: preparing dashboards, functional specifications, and participation in design and testing of Hadoop tables and Tableau dashboards
Integration of upstream systems such as CRM and ECC with GTS
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP Security Functions
Experience supporting SAP Technical Upgrades
Experience developing custom interfaces
Knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities (Opportunities, Contracts, Service Cases)
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP GTS
