The Role The Regional Property Manager is a strategic leadership position responsible for operational oversight of multiple properties, including leasing performance, occupancy goals, financial accuracy, resident satisfaction, maintenance coordination, capital project execution, and team development. This individual will work closely with corporate leadership to ensure that each property delivers consistent, high‑quality results that support Scott Group’s standards and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams; ensure a culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth
Manage financial performance of assigned properties, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and expense control
Drive leasing and occupancy performance with hands‑on coaching and weekly KPI reviews
Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction through service‑first communication and attention to detail
Oversee maintenance operations, vendor relationships, capital planning, and property condition standards
Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with construction and ownership on renovations, turn schedules, and unit upgrade planning
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, local regulations, and company policies
Represent Scott Group’s brand, values, and high‑quality service standards in all interactions
What Makes You a Strong Fit
3+ years of Regional Manager experience OR 5+ years of progressive onsite property management leadership (Property Manager > Senior PM > Regional preferred)
Strong financial and operational management skills (budgeting, NOI growth, reporting, KPIs)
Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain high‑performing teams
Experience with RealPage or similar property management platforms a plus
Ability to problem‑solve, adapt quickly, and make decisions with confidence
Professional communication style; able to be direct while empowering and supportive
