The Compliance function for the Life Sciences Innovation Group (LSIG), consisting of four operating companies within Danaher’s Life Sciences Platform, is responsible for developing, fostering, and sustaining a sound Integrity and Compliance culture as well as for leading, embedding and strengthening the Compliance Program. The Compliance Function runs an effective Compliance Program designed to ensure compliance with anti‑corruption and other compliance laws, regulations, and industry best practices, to promote ethical and appropriate behavior among employees and to prevent and detect misconduct. The

Senior Compliance Manager

will be the primary compliance advisor for

Sciex

and will be involved in compliance‑related activities for other Danaher Life Sciences Operating Companies.

This position reports to the Director Legal EMEAI, is part of the legal department, and is an on‑site role.

In This Role

Review and advise on business activities and strategies, including customer interactions, Channel Partner/Distributor relationships, grants and donations, speaker agreements, sponsorships, and product material review for regulatory and policy compliance.

Modify, update, and implement Compliance policies and procedures, and design and conduct ongoing Compliance training for associates.

Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop risk management strategies and implement internal design controls to mitigate business risks, including third‑party/distributor risk management and audits.

Conduct or support regular compliance auditing and monitoring to assess the effectiveness of compliance systems, processes, and controls, and implement any required remedial actions.

Review promotional content, including medical device promotional materials.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of Compliance experience in the relevant risk areas within the life science/healthcare industries, or a similarly highly regulated industry.

B.A. or B.S. or similar university degree required.

Business‑minded, risk‑conscious, proactive, solutions‑oriented, and self‑motivated professional, able to explain complex compliance points to the business; able to take business managers’ concerns and demands into account in how best to develop and execute compliance strategies.

Strong written and oral communication skills with a wide variety of audiences.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel: 25%

Preferred Experience

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or similar law certification or license or Compliance Certification/Credentials (e.g., SCCE)

Data privacy compliance program experience is preferred, but not required.

Experience with FDA medical device promotional regulations.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000–$118,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
