Operations Manager – Middle East Programs
GlobalReliefInc is seeking an Operations Manager to support and lead our Middle East initiatives. We are looking for an energetic, mission-driven professional with strong experience in U.S.-based nonprofit operations. Role Overview Develop and implement operational strategies for Middle East programs. Coordinate activities with GRI departments to ensure smooth and effective execution. Oversee daily operational tasks related to regional programs. Support donor engagement and assist with fundraising initiatives. Represent GRI in meetings, partnerships, and coordination forums. What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in operations or program management in a U.S. nonprofit. Strong understanding of humanitarian or development work in the Middle East. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Application instructions
