Our Company Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

The Team You will be joining the newly formed Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) team within Adobe’s Digital Experience organization. Our mandate is to bridge the gap between product engineering and real‑world implementation, solving complex challenges for the world’s largest companies.

The Opportunity This role is a technical ambassador for Adobe, balancing deep technical work with on‑site collaboration with engineering teams of global industry leaders. The role offers startup‑style enthusiasm with Adobe’s resources and scale.

What You’ll Do

Implement A2A integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, event streams, connectors) enabling customers to plug our AI capabilities into existing workflows.

Create reusable SDKs, templates, and reference implementations to reduce friction for AI adoption.

Act as a data analyst for model behavior:

Query logs, metrics (SQL, notebooks, dashboards) to evaluate model performance.

Investigate failure modes, edge cases, and drift.

Segment metrics by customer, cohort, use case, or configuration to uncover patterns.

Design and maintain evaluation pipelines for AI features:

Define success metrics and guardrails.

Set up offline and online evaluation (test sets, acceptance thresholds, user rating flows, A/B tests).

Instrument AI features with observability and testing:

Logging with privacy in mind.

Tracing, timelines of model calls and downstream effects.

Dashboards and alerts for quality, performance, and usage.

Design and implement AI‑backed services and APIs in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

Work with customer‑facing teams to translate feedback and data into prioritized improvements.

Join customer calls and workshops to understand integration constraints and guide API usage.

Bridge customer needs with internal product/engineering teams to ensure scalable, measurable solutions.

What You Bring

8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in ML/AI or LLM applications.

Inventive mindset with a build‑first mentality.

Strong mentorship and team‑building ability.

Up‑to‑date understanding of AI developments and architecture choices.

Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

Familiarity with A2A integration patterns (REST/gRPC APIs, webhooks, queues, event‑driven systems).

Data‑analysis skills: SQL, notebooks, dashboards, actionable insights.

Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and common dev tooling (Git, CI/CD, Docker).

Experience with LLM applications (RAG, agents, prompt pipelines) and evaluation.

Knowledge of logging/observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog).

Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps concepts (evaluation harnesses, prompt/version management, feature flags, canary rollouts).

Proficiency in Java/Scala and related frameworks.

Track record of shipping production features and iterating on real‑world feedback.

Excellent communication skills for explaining technical details to customers and stakeholders.

Willingness to travel 10–25% to support customers.

Desired Extras

Published technical writing or communication.

Background in SaaS software.

Prior customer‑facing technical roles or close collaboration with Customer Success / Solutions / Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
