Sunnyvale, CA – 5 days onsite
We are seeking a strong hands‑on SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager (Business) to drive a large‑scale S/4HANA business transformation with a focus on Manufacturing & Supply Chain. This role requires someone who can lead tactical project management activities, collaborate with business teams, and ensure successful delivery across all phases—from requirements to deployment and hypercare.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a large SAP S/4 HANA implementation
Manage scope, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination
Drive requirement workshops, design reviews, UAT, cutover & hypercare
Partner closely with business teams—Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Master Data, CoE, Analytics & IT
Provide clear communication and updates to leadership & PMO
Support change management, training planning, and execution
Manage stakeholder expectations & ensure timely closure of issues
Apply best practices in S/4 HANA project methodology
Qualifications
8+ years in business project management / business analysis / functional consulting
2–3 full SAP S/4 HANA implementations (Must‑Have)
Strong manufacturing, supply chain, logistics domain background
Experience with Agile, MES, Planning systems; SAP ME preferred
Ability to manage high visibility, fast‑paced transformation programs
Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel
Local to Sunnyvale, CA
Hands‑on project management, not just oversight
Strong business‑facing experience
Comfortable with senior leadership interactions
Experience in medical devices, high‑tech, healthcare, or manufacturing
