About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse, fleet, and facility operations. This role ensures efficient processes, maintains a clean and organized environment, and supports logistical coordination. You will lead improvement projects, manage inventory systems, and serve as the point of contact for office and site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Optimization: Implement projects to improve receiving, tracking, storing, returns, and repairs. Optimize material flow and align strategies with front‑line teams to meet delivery timelines.
Office & Facility Management: Maintain office functionality, create and follow up on work orders, perform minor maintenance, manage office/kitchen supplies, oversee site security, and visitor management.
Fleet Management: Oversee company vehicles, including documentation (registration, insurance), maintenance scheduling, monitoring tools, toll transponders, and parking placards.
Inventory & PPE Management: Improve processes for managing and distributing employee PPE, tools, and vehicle stock inventory.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Clean driving record
2–3 years of similar experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Knowledge of material logistics, inventory systems, and order requirements
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to hold others accountable and work independently
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer‑first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in warehouse logistics
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Innovation mindset and aptitude for digital tools
