Typical Day & Responsibilities Impact on Your People

Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent.

Recruit, select, and manage a diverse range of associates and leaders.

Invest in continuous training and development opportunities.

Inspire and motivate a team to deliver results through clear feedback and coaching.

Create a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associates.

Impact on Your Business

Drive total store sales, understanding your role in sales growth and profitability.

Build and lead a guest‑centric culture; use guest survey tools to drive change.

Champion our credit and loyalty programs; promote benefits that reward guests.

Guide operational accuracy, process, and workload efficiency.

Execute store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and signage to ensure consistency.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What It Takes to Be Successful

Interpret and apply company procedures and policies.

Utilize Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.

Who We Are Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

2-3 years minimum of management experience (preferred).

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem‑solving and team‑building skills.

Work varying hours, including mid‑shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

Adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions.

Lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.

Full body rotation and mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, reaching).

Reliable transportation.
