Job Title: Account Manager, Tier 2

Location: West Coast, USA

Salary Band: $110,000–$130,000 base pay ($190,000–$230,000 OTE)

About the role Eltropy is seeking a Mid‑Market Account Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional results for our existing credit union clients in the Western, Central, and Eastern regions of the United States. As the Account Manager, you will expand revenue within your assigned book of business through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities while developing and managing executive‑level relationships.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high‑growth SaaS account management, consistently exceeding quota, and ranking among the top performers. Experience selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions, especially credit unions, is highly preferred.

You will drive revenue growth by strategically introducing Eltropy’s expanding product portfolio to existing customers and solidifying our position as a preferred, trusted vendor. We thrive on face‑to‑face connections with our customers, so you’ll need to travel approximately 50 % each quarter.

Role & Responsibilities

Drive expansion revenue within the assigned territory by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Manage the territory through strategic account planning and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Cultivate and enhance executive‑level relationships to identify and advance opportunities.

Ensure customer success by collaborating cross‑functionally with Eltropy teams for smooth implementation.

Develop deep industry expertise in financial services, monitor market trends, and strengthen Eltropy’s market position through thought leadership and industry event presence.

Advance deals through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and negotiate complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years selling technology into financial institutions, with a preference toward experience in mid‑market credit unions.

Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, virtual, and in‑person channels.

A dynamic team player who thrives on solving problems and quickly turning insights into action.

Driven, ambitious, and unstoppable, with a competitive spirit that fuels success and exceeds goals.

Ability to travel approximately 50 % each quarter.
