Responsibilities

Write and refine UI copy across onboarding, features, settings, and education.

Collaborate with design on messaging strategies and execution.

Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and localization on feature development, naming, and content quality.

Work with engineers on errors, states, and edge cases.

Coordinate with producers and writing managers to prioritize work.

Requirements

8+ years of UX writing or UX design experience.

Strong ability to write from scratch, edit existing copy, and simplify complex concepts.

Experience crafting user journeys and working within established patterns.

Proficiency with Figma/Sketch and creating functional specs.

Ability to handle multiple projects and integrate feedback from diverse partners.
