Assess out-of-the-box vs. custom solution requirements and support decision-making.

Assist with root-cause analysis on system, data, and workflow issues.

Process Optimization & Documentation

Map current-state and future-state business processes across billing, matter lifecycle, timekeeping, budgeting, and reporting.

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements aligned with legal-finance best practices.

Support development of migration strategies, including data mapping and functional workstream planning.

Data & Reporting Support

Assist with validation of data structures, reporting logic, financial workflows, and integration requirements.

Help define reporting templates, financial metrics, and operational dashboards.

Project & Stakeholder Support

Support discovery workshops and ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities and decisions.

Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet documented requirements and process needs.

Prepare materials for executive stakeholders, including findings, options, and recommendations.

Assist in planning user adoption activities, communications, and readiness tasks.

Testing & Deployment

Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

Participate in deployment planning and post-launch stabilization to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements Core Skill Requirements

5+ years as a Business Analyst or Financial Systems Analyst (law firm or professional services preferred).

Hands-on exposure to Elite 3E (finance, billing, AP/AR or reporting modules strongly preferred).
