Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements Perform material and labor take-offs Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and complete bid proposals Work closely with project teams to align budgets and track progress Refine estimates throughout the project lifecycle What You Need
Experience in construction estimating (strongly preferred) Strong ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and codes Proficiency with estimating software + Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Additional Requirements
