Your Impact as a Registered Veterinary Technician Note: the Registered Veterinary Technician title varies by state. Responsibilities may differ per state law and veterinarian, but in general you will:
Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow and growth of staff skills.
Act as a key point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments and reviewing records.
Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and maintaining high standards.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program.
State veterinary technician license (RVT) in good standing.
Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and lab procedures.
A calm, efficient approach in fast‑paced or stressful situations.
Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit.
Preferred: one year of experience in the veterinary industry.
