What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide subject matter expertise in Army force structure, authorizations, and organizational hierarchy

Document and refine business rules, workflows, and use cases to meet project requirements

Support mapping of Global Force Management (GFM) requirements into functional capabilities

Analyze complex project‑related problems and create innovative solutions

Act as a liaison between developers and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

Deep knowledge of Army force‑structure processes and systems

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active secret DoD security clearance

College degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in facilitating incremental software development projects

Strong skills with MS Office tools and SharePoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in translating customer requirements into functional requirements

Experience providing status briefings and product demonstrations to customers

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle processes

Ability to develop business processes and capability needs

Experience with low‑code / no‑code platforms
