Job Description This role serves as the primary manager for day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, customer experience is exceptional, and performance targets are met.
Job Requirements and Duties
Oversee cost controls, inventory management, cash control, and customer relations.
Maintain policy compliance and set a positive example for the crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and serve as the point of contact for all store matters.
Manage food prep, equipment operation, and facility cleanliness.
Promote marketing initiatives, optimize profitability, and meet performance metrics.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients and manage inventory.
Prepare products and process orders.
Handle telephone orders.
Maintain daily cleanliness of equipment and facility.
Training Orientation and on‑job training are provided to help you succeed.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to take orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Perform accurate arithmetic quickly, using a calculator when needed.
Handle monetary transactions and give correct change.
Process orders using keyboard or touchscreen; coordinate deliveries with a map and GPS.
Navigate complex delivery environments, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other sites while carrying product.
Work Conditions Exposure To
Varying weather conditions while removing trash and performing outside tasks.
Temperature extremes inside and outside the store.
Fumes and cornmeal dust.
Cramped areas such as walk‑in coolers and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Telephone communication; near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.

Carrying
– Move large cans, pizza sauce, and pizza dough trays weighing 3–12 pounds.
Pushing / Pulling
– Move trays on dollies; up to 7.5 pounds force.
Climbing
– Navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance; ascend five or more flights during delivery.
Stooping / Bending
– Frequent forward bending at pizza assembly and stock locations; up to 30–45 seconds per instance.
Crouching / Squatting
– Occasionally for shelf stocking or cleaning low areas.
Reaching
– Above 72″ for oven controls and shelves; down to pick up cornmeal; forward to obtain toppings.
Driving
– Deliver pizzas within a designated area; deliver flyers and door hangers; a valid driver’s license with a safe record is required. Vehicle insurance and company‑covered vehicle access are necessary.
