Immigration Paralegal (Business Immigration Focus) – Washington, D.C.

In Washington, D.C., the Office offers an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal a fast‑paced environment to support our immigration practice under attorney supervision.
Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for preparing and filing PERM applications, compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, maintaining and organizing client documentation, and communicating directly with multiple attorneys.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program.
5+ years of employment‑based immigration paralegal experience, preferably in a large law‑firm environment.
Knowledge of the PERM process.
Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently toward team goals.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document‑management systems.
Salary In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is $79,920 – $99,900, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors.
