The Campus Support Manager role is an integral part of the Information and Operations team, ensuring logistical and administrative oversight of campus operations, including cleaning/facilities, finance, meal program, safety, and non‑instructional needs. The starting salary range for this role is $78,436‑$85,256. This is a full‑time, fully on‑site role based at KIPP DC College Prep with an anticipated mid‑January 2026 start date. About KIPP DC

About the Role

The Campus Support Manager plays a key role in ensuring the effective operation of campus functions by providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support across facilities management, finance, safety, meal programs, and non‑instructional needs. This position coordinates third‑party vendors, oversees procurement and financial processes, manages student health and safety, and supports extracurricular activities, community engagement, and special projects, all while working as part of a broader campus operations team led by the Campus Director of Operations. Location and Type of Work

This is an exempt position and will report to the Campus Director of Operations. The role is fully onsite, reflecting our commitment to in‑person support for students and families. Responsibilities

Cleaning/Facilities Management (25%):

Ensure the school building is consistently clean, well‑maintained, and in good condition; address related concerns promptly; conduct daily walkthroughs; coordinate extended facilities projects with the regional team. Meal Program (20%):

Ensure compliance, timeliness, and accuracy of meal delivery; collaborate with the regional meal program team to resolve vendor and staff issues. Finance (15%):

Ensure timely receipt submission and adherence to deadlines; organize receipts; support outgoing payments; accurately code purchases; track procurement processes and support cash deposits. Team Management (20%):

Directly manage the Campus Support Associate, Office Manager, and/or Lunch Administrator; provide indirect vendor staff management; oversee logistical support for evening and weekend events; present initiatives and lead training sessions. Community Engagement and Special Projects (20%):

Coordinate with local agencies and represent campus at advisory meetings; collaborate on school‑wide initiatives and project manage campus system enhancements; lead or support special projects such as field trips, onboarding, and network‑wide initiatives. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant finance and operations experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a school operations setting. Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms). Excellent written and operational skills. Comfort with a fast‑paced environment. Ability to multitask. At least 1 year of people management experience. Ability to work on select nights and weekends. Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PMP certification. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and initiative. Demonstrated Excellence In The Following Areas

Starting salary range: $78,436‑$85,256. Robust benefits package: medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and employer‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance, and One Medical membership. 403(b) retirement account: 3% employer contribution and 3% match with vesting after 3 years.
