Job Description Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. They handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, leading and managing the team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage store operations including staff scheduling and performance
Ensure high customer service standards and maintain product quality
Implement the Management Development Program and complete required training
Drive store profitability and performance, achieving bonus and incentive targets
Manage inventory, equipment, and store maintenance
Maintain a safe, drug‑free work environment, and pass required drug tests
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments a plus
Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Owner/manager experience or at least one year of managing a Domino's Pizza store for franchise eligibility
Commitment to Domino's values and training program
Salary & Benefits Annual salary range: $72,870.00 – $103,481.00. Eligible for performance bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance.
Benefits & Opportunities Paid training and certification through the Management Development Program; opportunities to own a franchise for managers who meet eligibility.
