The Role You’ll work directly with senior leadership to manage a broad range of legal matters critical to our growth. Key responsibilities include:
Commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
Land acquisitions and sales for data center and power sites
Major equipment procurement and leasing
EPC contracts
Interconnection, permitting, and large‑scale project development
M&A and project finance
This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where your legal judgment and commercial insight will directly impact project timelines and business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
JD with
7+ years
of legal experience
Strong background in energy markets, digital infrastructure, or a related field
Experience in one or more of:
Electric energy/capacity transactions
Natural gas procurement and transportation
Tolling or revenue agreements
Interconnection and permitting
M&A
