Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

This team is not just shipping tools. They are building autonomous, socially aware, collaborative AI beings capable of operating inside real world systems. Every line of code shapes how these agents think, act, and interact.

You will be joining an elite, tight knit engineering group where architecture decisions, prototypes, and infrastructure choices determine how an entirely new product category comes to life. With roughly forty builders from MIT EECS, Stanford NLP, Google X, and Anthropic, engineering is the center of the business.
As a Staff Engineer you will:
Own core infrastructure and foundational architectural decisions for agentic AI systems
Prototype new capabilities, internal tools, and experimental ideas to unlock breakthroughs
Identify bottlenecks in the stack and build systems that multiply team velocity
Partner closely with researchers and engineers to bring zero to one ideas to life
Shape engineering best practices and long term technical direction
Lead or contribute to open source systems used across the broader ecosystem
