A strategic & action-oriented Senior Brand Manager will lead the Kinder Bueno brand, responsible for strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the business. The role requires a self-starter with entrepreneurial skills to run the business from long-term strategy to short-term results. Successful candidates thrive in autonomy, blend creative instincts with analytical prowess, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve complex goals.

Responsibilities

Brand Vision & Strategy: develop, collaborate on, and implement brand strategies that grow Kinder Bueno’s presence in frozen desserts.

New Product Development: partner with product managers, Innovation partners, R&D, and production experts to identify new products that solve consumer needs while aligning with brand positioning criteria.

Holistic General Management: champion the bottom-line success of the brand, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with cross-functional partners to capitalize on their resolution.

Consumer Insights & Trends: strategically conduct and analyze consumer research, market research, and syndicated data analysis to identify trends and inform go-forward plans.

Marketing Campaigns & Activation: lead a non-traditional integrated agency team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that win the hearts and minds of consumers – including digital, social, influencer, and traditional advertising tactics – while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Sales, Retail, and E‑Com Partnership: collaborate with demand partners to align brand and marketing initiatives with customer partners’ goals, driving growth for all.

Performance Tracking & Forecasting: measure and analyze key performance indicators, leveraging findings to adjust strategies and monthly forecasts to meet annual business objectives.

Team Leadership: lead and coach a team, including a Senior Associate Brand Manager, developing their skills while delivering business results you can be proud of.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

5–7 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or related CPG roles, preferably in the food & beverage industry.

Strong understanding of brand building and delivering on consumer needs.

Proven ability to execute successful marketing campaigns and product launches.

Demonstrated analytical skills and experience turning complex data sets into actionable insights.

Strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire.

Interest or understanding of the health-conscious food industry, with a passion for developing food that consumers can feel good about.

The base pay range for this position is $128,501 to $179,902 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
