$165,000 – $185,000 + Discretionary Bonus

What You Will Do As a Litigation Associate, you will take on meaningful responsibility across a broad range of litigation matters. You will:
Manage case files and support all stages of litigation, including trial preparation.
Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
Conduct depositions and support courtroom proceedings, as appropriate.
Work closely with senior attorneys and clients in a collaborative team environment.
Utilize e‑discovery platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights to support case strategy.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands‑on litigation exposure within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Ideal Candidate Background
3+ years of litigation experience
within a law firm or similar professional setting.
Active California Bar license
(required).
Strong trial preparation skills and experience with motion practice and depositions.
Familiarity with
e‑discovery tools
and workflows.
Exceptional writing, research, advocacy, and negotiation abilities.
Strong academic credentials.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
Preferred
Experience in a large or multi‑office law firm environment.
Exposure to complex litigation matters.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while balancing team priorities.
Compensation, Benefits & Additional Details
Salary Range:
$165,000 – $185,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
