Job Summary and Responsibilities PCP Opportunity - Exceptional Work-Life Balance and Variety of Schedules Available
Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking an energetic and team oriented Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (FM or IM) to our growing team in Belmont, CA.
Opportunity Highlights:
Robust mentorship program
Flexible option to work 4-5 days per week
100% outpatient, no nights, no weekends
Humankindness culture that treats you as a person, not a number
Internal pharmacy department handling daily refills
Practice with collegial, experienced, and well-established physicians, in addition to newer physicians in the group
Compensation/Benefits Include:
Guaranteed salary: $280,000 /year
Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus
Annual quality incentive: $30k
Student loan reimbursement
Residency signing stipend: $24,000
Sign-on bonus: up to $125,000
Relocation assistance
Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

Job Requirements
MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA certification
