Flexible hours 7am - 5:30pm or 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday
3 - 5 patient ramp up with 60 - 90 minute initials and 30 minute follow-ups
Experience with complex cognitive/behavioral patients and infusion therapy
Weekend coverage consideration available
Hospital privileges required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
