Location: 2900 Horizon St., Suite 6, Little Rock, AR
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during the shift, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
Manage a staff of 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift, leading, motivating, and ensuring punctuality.
Greet customers with a smile, take orders, and operate the cash register.
Ensure consistent product quality in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver products by vehicle from the store to customers safely and courteously.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team in a fast‑moving environment (3‑15 employees).
Positive attitude, strong motivation skills, and a presence of leadership.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery duties.
Must be at least 18 years old.
