Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and work to schedule.

Maintain a perfect image and adhere to standards, provide great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, and coordinate transportation to/from work.

Maintain store cleanliness and marketing to ensure profitability.
