We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at 310 South Creek Drive in Manteno. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, ensuring operational excellence, and driving growth in this location.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage and mentor a team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment
Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and control expenses to optimize performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community partners
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Lead initiatives to drive sales growth and expand market share
Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local strategies with overall company goals
Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and decisive decision‑making
Proficiency in operations management and process optimization
Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Industry‑specific knowledge and experience (preferred)
Proficiency in relevant business software and tools
