What this job involves The Corporate Strategy team is tasked with identifying and delivering transformative revenue growth opportunities while also supporting broader strategy initiatives across all our current and adjacent markets in commercial real estate – the largest asset class in the world. We work hand‑in‑hand with Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital investment, and executive teams to recommend JLL’s path forward to increase shareholder value. What your day‑to‑day will look like
Develop and execute strategy projects across all of JLL’s business lines and functions
Instill a customer‑driven, fact‑based, and objective approach to analysis, decision‑making, and prioritization
Create frameworks to tackle complex problems
Partner with, and advise internal executives and stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities and action
Coordinate and manage an enterprise competitive intelligence program to track and analyze activities of core commercial real estate competitors, with regular reporting to senior leadership, to drive strategic decision‑making
Build and maintain a strong network across other JLL units (e.g. research, finance, investor relations, business line strategy units) to drive projects to success
Manage junior corporate strategy team members (associates, analysts, and interns) and colleagues from other functions to execute strategy projects
Desired or preferred experience and skills
Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related fields; MBA/Master’s preferred
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
Previous management experience
Global business experience
Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or commercial real estate (with strong exposure to corporate strategy)
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with leadership in a mature and professional manner
Strong business judgment and executive presence
Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners
Strong leadership skills with a team‑oriented and collaborative approach to work
Ability to showcase success in handling ambiguous and dynamic projects with multiple workstreams
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools including quantitative analysis and knowledge of strategy frameworks
Strong financial and business modelling skills

Estimated compensation for this position 170,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year
